Breakfast Pizza

Love this recipe.  Quick, easy and delicious!!


  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage (if your a vegetarian like me you can substitute vegetable protein)
  • 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (depending on how much cheese you want)


In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.  Unroll crescent dough into a lightly greased 13×9 baking pan.  Sprinkle with sausage.  In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and pepper; pour over sausage.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake, uncovered at 400° for 15 minutes or until the crust in golden brown and the cheese is melted.  Yield: 8 servings
